Class 320 Overhaul 2011-2013

The Class 320's began receiving overhauls at Doncaster Wabtec in February 2011. The first unit, 320314 was moved by GBRf under it's own power between Shields Depot and Doncaster via the ECML, and took just over 4 months to complete. The overhaul of the Class 320 fleet was completed in October 2013.
320303 returned to Wabtec for retrofitting 14/04/12 - 22/05/12
Work
The work included:- Fitting of toilet
- Underframe changes to accommodate toilet retention tanks
- Lino flooring in the vestibules replaced
- Changes to comply with PRM-TSI regulations, including door warning sounds and wheelchair space
- Relivery into Scotrail Saltire livery
