Description:: 27118 with 27106 in rear with a diverted Sunday Glasgow to Edinburgh push-pull at Kelvinhaugh in October 1971. I think these were empties to turn at Hyndland Loop as the E&Gs were running out of the Low Level at Queen Street. The pegs marking out a new track alignment which was to take place later can be seen in the foreground. Date amended to October 1974- 29 Aug.2010.
