Description:: 66172 at a stand just above Oswald Road bridge on 4S99 Tees-Mossend. It is on the steep 440 yards of 1 in 76 up from Blackford to just short of Morningside. Six NR staff are administering cleaning (?) liquid to the rails under the locomotive. Eventually moved assisted at the rear by 66733. The density of foliage flanking the tracks is obvious.
