Description:: I suppose nowadays it/s easy to forget that the Oban trains ran from Buchanan Street via Stirling, Dunblane and Callander to Crianlarich before that line prematurely closed in 1965 because of a landslip. This is BRCW Type 2 later Class 27, D5358 shunting the stock for the 6.05pm from Buchanan Street in 1963 with an LMS 12 wheeled Restaurant Car as first coach. All this is now covered by the Glasgow Caledonian University complex.
